A person from Newcastle within the UK stole the funeral financial savings of his 86-year-old grandmother to fund his playing dependancy.
Matthew Temple took her financial institution card and withdrew a complete of £1,500 ($1,908) to position his bets. The Newcastle Crown Court docket not too long ago heard how the grandmother felt betrayed by these actions. He obtained a six-month suspended jail sentence and a restraining order.
